We established our Active Workplace programme to help businesses encourage and enable their employees to become more active by providing a wide range of courses and events which people of any ability could participate in.
Workplace Inactivity Fund - Proctor & Gamble
The Procter & Gamble Inactivity Project aimed to provide physical activity opportunities and lifestyle advice for 12 inactive employees, and prove that employees who are engaged in regular physical activity are more active, healthy, motivated and productive.
Workplace inactivity fund - farnham medical centre
The Farnham Medical Centre Inactivity Fund aimed to provide physical activity opportunities for all of their employees, including the most inactive (i.e. those taking part in less than 30 minutes of physical activity per week), with the aim of identifying whether increasing the physical activity levels of employees increases their happiness, motivation and productivity.
