Club Structures – We can support new or existing clubs with advice and guidance around which club structure would be the most suitable option, for example formally constituted group, Community Interest Company or Charity.

Development Plans – We can support clubs with developing or strengthening their development plans in order for them to have a clear focus for the short and long term future and sustainability of their club. In addition, we can support and provide guidance with specific development plans linked to funding and project management.

Facilities – We can support new or existing clubs to find new or additional facilities which are reasonably priced and readily available. We have access to a facilities database where we can search for specific facility criteria and have excellent contacts within education establishments which we can utilise to secure venues for regular or one off activity. In addition we can support clubs with capital funding bids to improve facilities.

Clubmark – We can provide advice and guidance around the Clubmark process and support clubs throughout the process with collating documentation and evidence to gain Clubmark and other sports specific accreditation (i.e. Gymmark, Tennismark, FA Standard). We are also a licenced accreditor, therefore we can award Clubmark for those governing bodies who do not have the capacity.

Funding – We have the facility to do funding searches for clubs to identify the most suitable funding available for their requirements. We can support clubs throughout the funding application process by providing feedback and guidance on completing applications as well as services to host members survey’s and provide insight data to support applications. In addition we also have Club and Coaching bursaries which clubs and individuals can access.

Satellite Clubs – We can support NGBs with advice and guidance around Satellite Clubs, access to schools across Tyne & Wear and additional funding to support Satellite Club delivery.

NGB Support - Connecting NGB officers to local organisations, networks and opportunities. Organise meetings and bringing groups together on behalf of the NGB. Working with officers to enhance and add value to their programmes by linking in to other locally available resources. Provide hosting and hot desk opportunities.
