Cycling
Encompasses many forms in which bicycles are used. Bicycle racing includes road bicycle, cyclo-cross, mountain bike racing, track cycling, BMX racing, bike trails and cycle speedway.
The first bicycle race is popularly believed to be a 1,200 metre race held on the 31 May 1868 at the Parc de Saint-Cloud, Paris.
