In most cases, after submitting your request to enrol on a course, you will receive confirmation that your request has been received. However, it is your responsibility to check that your booking has been received and accepted.
To request cancellation of a place/s on a course, please contact the relevant course contact by the methods stated on the relevant course page.
All cancellation requests must be received at least 48 hours before commencement of the course.
Late cancellations and/or non-attendance at any courses will be subject to a minimum cancellation fee per named person, up to a maximum fee equal to the full cost of the course.
If the course provider needs to cancel a course for any reason, participants will be notified either in writing, by email or by telephone at the earliest opportunity and a full refund (if applicable) will be given.
