Tyne & Wear Sport Partnership Workforce Profile

Tyne & Wear Sport completed a Workforce Profiling Audit of the Partnership in December 2006, as part of the Foundation Level of the Equality Standard for Sport, and the results and report are now available.

In total, 61 responses were received from staff working across the Tyne & Wear Sport Partnership. The survey covered gender, disability, ethnic group, age, and role within the partnership, and also included sexual orientation and religion for the Tyne & Wear Sport Core Team.

The data collected has helped to identify areas of under representation, and these issues will be addressed through the production of a Tyne & Wear Equity Action Plan in the near future.
