Tyne & Wear Sport Participant Profile Report
Tyne & Wear Sport have audited the equality profile of sports participants in the sub region using information from the Active Sports Programme, Community Sports Coaches Scheme and Sport England's Active People Survey. The Report was produced as part of the Foundation Level of the Equality Standard for Sport.
The analysis has helped to identify the variations in the participation levels of different groups, and these issues will be addressed through the production of a Tyne & Wear Equity Action Plan in the near future.
